East Care Urgent Care

Pukekohe Family HEalth Care

PFHC is the largest General Practice in the Franklin district serving nearly 20,000 patients. The clinical team of GPs, nurse practitioners, nurses, clinical pharmacists, HCAs, patient facilitators, and virtual assistants work together to provide a comprehensive range of services to meet Whānau healthcare needs.  Our model of care is integrated around the needs of the patients giving clinicians maximum face to face time and minimising administrative burdens.

 

AUCKLAND FAMILY MEDICAL CENTRE

For two decades, Auckland Family has been a trusted primary healthcare provider in Remuera, caring for families, fostering trust and continuity of care, and supporting community health and wellbeing.

Health Improvement Group

With our joint venture partner East Health Services, the Health Improvement Group delivers low cost access general practice services in Ormiston, Highbrook and Botany. As well as serving nearly 30,000 patients across the diverse East Tamaki community, our clinics provide occupational health, immigration and travel, and other specialist services to local businesses and individuals.

The My Health Team practices provide high quality health care for 13,000 patients in our local communities in Highland Park and Half Moon Bay.

Specialist CENTREs

Dedicated specialist centres are located at our Botany Health Hub and at our Pukekohe Family Health Care premises. Over 20 different specialist consultants are working from these facilities which are accessible through referral from local GPs and other providers.
